Kristin Rogers

Co-Founder & President

Kristin Rogers is the Co-Founder and President of IQ Supply Solutions, where she has led the company’s growth, operations, and strategic direction since its founding in 2017. Over the past eight years, she has helped build IQ into a trusted inventory management, logistics, and supply-chain partner serving customers throughout the electrical, mechanical, and construction industries.

As President, Kristin oversees the company’s overall business operations, including organizational development, finance, facilities management, risk management, and long-term growth initiatives. Her leadership is grounded in creating scalable systems, strong customer partnerships, and an operationally focused culture.

Prior to IQ Supply Solutions, Kristin built more than 20 years of domestic and international Human Capital experience with organizations including Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and Proxicom, working across the Washington, D.C., New York City, San Francisco, London, and Paris markets. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College.

Taylor Mathieu

Vice President of Operations
Taylor Mathieu serves as Vice President of Operations at IQ Supply Solutions, where she has been a key contributor since the company’s inception in 2017. In her role, she leads the Project Management team and serves as the primary lead on large-scale mechanical and electrical construction projects, ensuring consistent execution, safety, and client satisfaction.
With a strong background in project management, Taylor brings many years of experience overseeing multimillion-dollar construction projects across Texas, with a primary focus on the DFW market. Her expertise spans complex mechanical and electrical scopes, including coordination with contractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure seamless project delivery in fast-paced construction environments.
She is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of construction services, including oversight of project schedules, budgets, procurement coordination, and deliverables. Taylor is deeply committed to operational excellence and takes pride in delivering high-quality results that meet the technical demands and timelines of the mechanical and electrical industries.
Taylor is known for her hands-on leadership style and her commitment to supporting her team while consistently delivering strong outcomes for IQ’s customers.

William Jenkines

Director of Sales

William is an award-winning sales leader with over 30 years of experience driving growth across a range of industries. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he brings that same discipline, work ethic, and mission-first mindset to every client relationship, Semper Fi.

Throughout his career, William has built lasting trust with customers through innovative thinking, attentive listening, and an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing, every time. His natural charisma and easygoing approach make him a go-to partner for clients navigating complex supply challenges.

Outside the office, William is a family man and competitive golfer who never misses a chance to make someone smile.
